Anyone knows if there's a BIOS reset jumper, or pads, anywhere on the board.

Got into the BIOS, changed 3 settings, restarted and now there's no output and it's not getting far though boot enough to set the numlock light on the usb keyboard.

Welcome to the club ;-) The same problem here. In addition I have removed the two housings and could not find anything that looks like a jumper or so. Lets see what LP will answer.

For reference the settings I changed were...
Limit CPUID
Boot key delay: increased from 1 seconds to 2
Boot logo option?? The one above the fast boot setting.

At worst, if the settings are kept in flash ram and ther chips accessable I'm happy to reflash it with an external tool (since I have one). I'd just need to know the location, rough pinout and a clean dump of the defaults.

Did either of you end up getting an answer? I sent an email to lattepanda@outlook.com, but I haven't gotten an answer as of yet.

Same problem here, but after installing the Autoboot BIOS.
