LP stops suddenly seeing MicroSD

Something like 20 minutes ago, while I was working with some files on that SD with Photoshop LP suddenly stopped seeing the card. I checked with my phone (my pc with Windows XP is not able to read the formatted SD) and all the datas are still there so the card itself is not malfunctioning.
Could it be a problem with the port?
PS: the card is a Samsung 64Gb micro-SD, the Lattepanda is the standard model with 2Gb RM and 32GB memory.
