7" touch screen not working with 4GB/64GB Enterprise board

The company that i work for, bought a lattepanda, the IPS display and te touch panel, for a project. And we are have problems with the touch panel. It doens't works! I already installed the v1.0 and the v1.1 drivers, and this continue not working.
I see the device manager, and dont have any problems or warnings there. What should i do? We need this working as soon as possible.. Have something that i can test on the board?
Using 5v, 2A supply.
