[RESOLVED] USB 3.0 connection problem

I have three LP, and I would like to use for kinect v2 at window 10.
When I bought first LP which z8300 4g 64g, it pretty good working.
The z8300 LP can connect usb 3.0 memory stick, and kinect v2.
And I bought again two LP which z8350 4g 64g.
However, it cannot connect usb3.0 memory stick and kinect v2.
When i connect usb3.0, it did not show up the device at device manager.
Also, i tried reinstall Win 10, but it just jump up install step, although i followed LP win 10 install tutorial at trouble shooting.
One of the LP, it can boot up. When power connect to LP, it show up the blue light, and blinking. but it does not turn off the RED led, even though i did not set up auto booting.
So, if i missed up some step,plz help me any comment is good for me.
