Defective? - LattePanda Alpha 64GB not booting anymore

It booted once, then when I shut it down and came back to it, it will not boot at all. Is there a step I am missing, I am trying to (with the included power supply connected) hold the power button for 3 seconds, however, I am not seeing any LED activity at all on the board (prior to pressing the power button, and after).
Help would be appreciated. Thanks!
