Not possible to boot from USB -> BIOS

Just need your help for one problem; my LattePanda was very very very slow at the first boot of Windows and couples of fonctionalities doesn't worked very well (impossible to put Windows in French?!) so I decided to make a new install with a Fresh iso release ... And the problem is that I can't boot from USB, my bootable key is not detected and impossible to choose "Boot from USB" on the Bios ...
Is there anybody to help me with this problem ?
