LattePanda Alpha : Cannot upload to Arduino

However, when I try to upload Arduino sketch , it only has com4 is available, which cause the upload failure. When I press the arduino reset button , com6 is shown up in devices manager and then disappear again. I have checked the device manager, the com5 and com6 is available if I select "shown hidden devices".
I also tried to follow this method to resolve the problem, but unlucky not fixed it.
