DFR0506 touch not working with LattePanda

The external display with HDMI/USB connector does not work with Latte Panda.

We tested in the BIOS and it will not recognize before the USB cable has been disconnected and plugged in again

So Windows will also not work with the touch panel.
Hope you can help with a solution (we tried both on USB 3 and USB 2 ports)

With another "normal" PC the touch panel worked fine
