Is there a LattePanda roadmap?

I just bought a LattePanda and I am impressed. We are working on a product where we need a Windows SBC to handle the UI as well as controls. This board fits the bill, but we need to know the production roadmap. How long will LattePanda manufacture the LattePanda 2G/32G? Our product productions last 5-6 years, so we need to know that there is a supply of these boards for that duration.
Is there a roadmap published somewhere?

Hi Roujesky, thanks for your support. LattePanda 2G/32G is our long term product, we do not have any plan to discontinue it. For more details you can contact Biz LattePanda <>.
what kind of roadmap do you need? Here you can check the basic diagram. ... roduction/

Thanks for the reply.
I am looking for something like this from Mouser.
Note that the Up Sqare board will be manufactured til 2024.
What is the production plans for the LattePanda? 2022,2023,2024...?? It is important to us. We are not big, but we are looking at 500 plus units yearly. We can make a "sunset purchase" when the Latte is EOL'd

Hello, are there any updates on this topic?
My question is basically the same asked by @roujesky,
My company is evaluating the Lattepanda 232 for line of products, but given the industrial destination of these devices we must have at least an idea of the life of the board.
To be clear, we have to know if we can rely on this board.
I mean, the x5-Z8350 launched 4 years ago and sooner or later it will be discontinued. What are your plans for when that happens?

Thank you

@JackLilhammers, LattePanda V1 is our long term product and one of our main categories. We will continue to upgrade and optimize each LP series as opposed to discontinue. For more detailed info, you can contact .

Hi I just signed up to ask a similar to question

The current Lattepanda models are great but in the future is the Lattepanda team interested in designing newer & even more powerful models with newer x86 processors once it's economically feasible?

For example Intel just launched Elkhart lake Atoms on their newer 10nm process node & they have some interesting features suitable for a future Lattepanda design including:
onboard ARM cortex-m7 for IoT & AI capabilities
LPDDR4, some models also have ECC memory support

Also I hope that the team will also seriously consider using future AMD APUs in future Lattepanda designs instead of just sticking with Intel as generally speaking AMD beats Intel in both performance & power efficiency metrics nowadays.
Currently AMD doesn't really have any parts that are suitable for Lattepanda's form factor & TDP, but that'll change in the future as AMD is moving into the embedded space with Ryzen Embbeded APUs & leaked roadmap shows theres plans in 2021 to launch BGA socketed 7W-18W TDP APUs codenamed "Van Gogh" with Machine Learning & Computer Vision capabilities ... avi-2-igpu ... ally-leaks

I just hope the team is interested in improving their already great design of combining a powerful x86 SBC platform with a Arduino co-processor with future models & revisions. For example it would be great to have ECC memory on a Lattepanda, well it just happens that DDR5 will have built-in ECC memory as part of the DDR5 standard so it wouldn't be hard to have it included in a future Lattepanda model!
