If you have not found a solution, post a new issue. To speed up the process please let us know:
- Have you tried the solutions listed above?
- What board are you using? Standard (2GB RAM/32GB eMMC) or Enhanced (4GB RAM/64GB eMMC)?
- Have you tried any other solutions?
- How long have you had your board for?
- When did you first boot your board?
- Did it work ok before the issue occurred or has the issue always been there?
- Use images and videos to help us understand the issue where possible
If you are seeking RMA:
- Please open a new topic rather than hijacking someone else's thread
- Mark RMA posts with [DEFECTIVE] + <helpful description of issue>. We can then approve/disapprove each request

Re: do you get the drivers so i can transfer windows to a different hdd other then the emmc
(Please different question on different thread...)
Use a commercial Windows Operating System transfer program to do that.
Quite a few steps involved and it is not trivial.
It is not just a "copy from this to that" operation.

You'll need to get a 4-pin OMTP to mic + headphone splitter cable, e.g.,
https://www.amazon.com/CableCreation-He ... B01KTBDE3Y
OMTP (in TRRS arrangement) is in left-right-mic-ground configuration.
Do not confuse OMTP format with the AHJ format which is left-right-ground-mic.

There are some detection circuit and (possibly) phantom power in MIC as well.
Call it a dark magic (or check Audio CODEC IC datasheet if you will.)
Basically, you'll need to only get three Left-Right-Ground leads out with a trivial cable, but you do have to satisfy certain conditions.
Blame modern technologies.

couldit possibly be because my headphones are a mic/headphoen combo but they only have the 1 pin not dual 1 for eachccs_hello wrote: ↑Mon Apr 06, 2020 12:44 pmThere are some detection circuit and (possibly) phantom power in MIC as well.
