[DEFECTIVE] Alpha doesn‘t boot

I connect the power supply, the red led flash, after a fest seconds the blue led flash.
A Little Bit later the red led lights and Evers 5 seconds the Blue led flash once.
In i put the power switch for 3 seconds the red led turn off an the blue led flash every 5 seconds. After 23 times of flashing it start like i put in the power supply.
A hardreset with 20 seconds power switch and reset button with power Supplik and without power Supplik doesn‘t work.
What can i do?
