I have read the RMA guide & will follow it - bit I just wanted to outline my frustration on quality control.
The internet is rife with a power issue with these boards via the USB-C power connection
LattePanda - you need to get your act together.
Now my awesome Arcade Cabinet project is on hold for what could take another 90-180 days depending on what documentation you read.
Very, very unhappy customer - I hope I'm well compensated...
