LattePanda and 3d Scanning

Hi guys, I have a 3d scanner - Artec Eva. Usually it is used with a laptop or desktop, and it's not convenient to use it while scanning objects outside, especially big objects, cause I have to walk round them. So I was thinking about an opportunity of using LattePanda instead of laptop, as it's much more smaller and lighter. I wonder if it's possible?
