I would VERY much like if you could help me in my matter with your company.

I bought a LattePanda Alpha 800 back in the end of October. Got it in November. I should pay taxes to UK which was around 100$. So thats the LattePanda cost PLUS 100$ in total payment.
Okay so i got the LP Alpha but it was not working properly. So i got a defect unit. I wrote to you guys and even though i had to wait several days with a answer from you, then you wrote me:

And why do you guys keeps ignoring my emails, asking for the track and trace number. This is such a bad experience with your company. And i feel totally ripped off by the LattePanda company.



The email you sent me quoted, asking me to send it back was sent to me at Tuesday 22-11-2018, 10:55​ and the day today i stand with NO TRACK AND TRACK NUMBER OR A NEW LATTEPANDA OR ANYTHING. AND I PAYED ALOT OF MONEY IN TOTAL ALREADY AND I GET IGNORED IN MY EMAILS TO YOU ASKING FOR A REPLY OR TRACK AND TRACE NUMBER OR JUST A FUCKING PROOF THAT ITS UNDER WAY TO ME!

(it was such a huge dream for me when i ordered the LPA800 on presale, and it was a hard time for me waiting for the item to get it by the mail. BUT this story really turned into a living hell for me. Both with the support team. Also the extra money i used on it so far. And i havent got anything the day TODAY from the LattePanda company. And im still getting ignored in my mails. And today we are at december the 16th. And i ordered it back in October -- HELPME PLEASE)

I have a similar problem.
I received my LattePanda Alpha (purchased via Indiegogo) in early December 2018. It worked well for two weeks and then stopped working--no blue light, no red light--nothing. I tried other type-c power supplies with no success. I received one email from tech support with some suggestions. None worked. So, I packaged the unit and the power supply and have returned it to the company in Shanghai. I sent two emails containing the required information about the return (ID, address, Indiegogo ID, etc.), Tech support never replied to these. So, I made up my own tracking number and mailed the box. I have now spent nearly $400. LattePanda customer support is poor. At the very least, tech support could have replied to my emails confirming that I could return the defective unit. I am hoping that the company will send a replacement board and power supply and that the box will not be lost or misidentified. If not I will let other potential customers know about my experience by posting complaints and low ratings on reseller bulletin boards.
