Dual Boot #Windows and #Android on a #LattePanda

If x86 android runs on this board you should be able to use touchscreen - but there are boards by other manufacturers that use arm natively and might be a better fit for ease of use in that project. That said - x86 android products are the likeliest source of your answer aside from whether that will boot on this device.

Ok tried an external touch pad connected with a USB adapter and it responds , what can be the problem with the original one that comes with lattepanda , it works fine with windows

Did you try to install Phoenix OS on LattePanda? Our product team just notify me that it works on LattePanda Alpha like a charm.

Would you mind to share more about your installation and testing result? Maybe we should provide a driver pack based on the image you tested.

Downloaded the CyanogenMod 14.1 iso from the android-x86 project .
Made a bootble USB with Rufus .
Booted lattepanda from USB .
Itried first to format lp to ntfs and then install Android but it didn't work , then I formatted the lp to fat32 and it installed Android quite fast .
The only problem for me is that it didn't recognized the touchscreen
