Lattepanda 2x usb-c

From reading the posts it seems to be impossible to charge the lattepanda alpha through usb C, and power an external display at the same time. (Please correct me if im wrong). So the only (good) way to solve this is to wait for a lattepanda alpha with two usb c connectors. Again, correct me if i'm wrong. Does anyone know if this is on the roadmap?
