D0 D1 serial... how?

Hello all,

I am bit confused about D0&D1 pins on the lattePanda board. I imagine that COM1 is the UART_GNSS and COM3 is the serial comms between the panda and the arduino. So what about D0 and D1? what are they? How can I use them?
