Usb port on the new alpha board

Do theses (4) usb ports have 5gbps each ? Or it is 5gbps for all of them? I plan to put a zigbee dongle plus a z wave dongle on the same port wirh a usb hub. But i need 5gbps for all the other usb line.
And is there any case i can buy for this board?
