Reset Ardunino board from software or script file?

Someone had post similar topic but no solution and i would like to post again as i had similar issue...
The "BlinkYourboard" LED seem no able to work after restart, need press ardunino reset hardware button in order to work.
Would like to knowis there a way to do software reset on Ardunino IO so that can put in window startup when everytimes restart or power-up.
LattePanda 4G/64G Win10.
