64 Bit Image on a 32 Bit Board?

Had a look around but cant see anything obvious, so apologies if this is a stupid question.
Can you install the 64 bit image on a 32 bit LattePanda or can you somehow reinstall the OS as 64 bit instead?
I think the hardware would be able to run it technically as there isnt much difference other then 2G/4G RAM and 32GB/64GB storage?
