I am looking to implement the below product onto the board

My goal is to get one with a long header running ATT & another stacked on top running verizon's services and run each carrier concurrently. The Shield claims compatibility. However, I was wondering if anyone has tried this or knows of any limitations with trying to run two carriers at once.
The purpose of this set up is to access the device remotely using windows remote desktop while concurrently connecting via the ETH and pushing software.
