Install win 10 original

Hi, I installed ubuntu by deleting the windows partition, I would like to reinstall original windows.
I unzipped the file "LattePanda v1.1 4G x64 image" in the root of usb flash disk but I can not in any way, it always starts Ubuntu.
Also leaving only available boot option "UEFI..
