latte as forwarder for signals from PCs

i need some advice about a small project i am running.
i got x amount of PCs and i want to forward following connectors - dual usb, vga and the powerswitch (which makes around 20 cables)
the lattepanda should forward the x_pc_in to one output (also vga, dual usb and power. on the touch screen i want to active the PC per
button and the ports should be forwarded to the output port. on the end i want to forward the ports from the pc, thru the panda, to the end device
is that possible ?
what would i need to get it running
