Standby Current Too High?

Operating current ~ 1.2 A

Standby Current ~ 0.190 A

Using with a battery, it drains too fast.

Is there any way to lower the standby current?

Can the Leonardo processor be turned off in sleep mode? Any BIOS settings that can help?
