Recently, some people asked the LattePanda 2G activated version(DFR0418) cannot activate windows.
After testing, we believed the problem is because our service didn't replace the default key correctly even the key is upload to the board already.
So to solve the problem:
Please download this tools to find (not create!) the correct key we pre-activated with the system, then copy and exchange the original one in "Activation"->”change product“

Normally, the correct key is in the Windows (BIOS OEM Key).
The key on the below is default one which cannot used to activate, if you can only find this two that means the key is not in the board indeed.

- Use images and videos to help us understand the issue where possible

I cannot activate windows on my Latte Panda!
I followed the steps here

But it only has 2 entries, and no Windows (BIOS OEM Key).
How can I process? Is there an support channel so I can send my serial and any necessary information?

Hi, Does your LattePanda is the DFR0418 2/32G version.
You can find the DFRxxxx info one the box or your order page .
This way is only works on the DFR0418 version.

Hi, the DFR0444 is the unactivated version, so you can not activated it.
It is a problem of you? If you need to do it, you can purchase a license from Microsoft!
