I installed the operating system ubuntu lattepanda. But I can't update and install. Can you help me?

I can't update or upgrade anything using apt-get, initially it seems that all mirrors was offline to it, so I went to /etc/apt/sources.list, there I saw that it only comes with one mirror: http://mirrors.sohu.com/ubuntu/

This mirror is offline, it does not ping or access from any of my other gadgets. I was trying to install python 3.6 and anaconda, to do it I was needing to install Curl, and the apt-get cannot access the mirrors.

I have tried an obvious solution for this. There is backup file of souces.list on the same path, I have changed the sources.list for the backup and until now everything is fine, since it is a x86 architeture from intel, i think that there is no problem in use a default repository. If there is some problem, or my system show some instability I will get back to tell you guys.

Is there a Ubuntu Server image/version ?
I’m thinking about buying a LattePanda but I would require Ubuntu server and not the desktop version.

I've been using LattePanda with ubuntu for a week now, and there is something annoying occurring there, after a random and "long" time in idle, without any interaction (about a pair of hours) my system freezes and I cannot even disable numlock at the keyboard. Mine is a LattePanda 2GB/32GB and is running this ubuntu image.
When it happens I tap reset and it starts normally.

Have someone seen a problem like this?

And I am getting back to Windows... After 10 lost days trying to make it stop to freezing, and without any answer from here, I gave up. I have tried to change and update drivers, install a new network maganer (nicw) and my wifi has been instable and my systems freezes with any log or information. It happens specially when wifi goes down. This Ubuntu Distro for Lattepanda have a bunch of errors and issues, and it is getting hard to do anything with this.

It's just trust, I will not waiting for ubuntu.

Remember that the LattePanda is "A WINDOWS 10 DEVELOPMENT BOARD FOR EVERTHING", any other operative system can and will cause problem because it isn't the main focus of this board. So take it easy. If you want to use another single board computer but for Linux, you can use any other one available in the market.

I know that LattePanda is for windows... However, they said that "Ubuntu version will be released in 2 weeks..." 2 month ago.....
If they didn't say about it. nevermind...

They have to say something,,,, for example, we are not able to develop ubuntu version... Sorry....
I think that they developed new Alpha series, so they don't care about the old one.... so I am upset... SAY SOMETHING OFFICIALLY!!!
