Hi ender, we didn't test all MAC os version. but as far as we know, it works with Alpha 864s.

Is there a written guide? Videos are great and all but when I'm doing it, I'd rather have it in text rather than rewinding/fast forwarding to find what I need.

2-In Windows use TransMac software to Port DMG Image into USB Drive / Flash Drive.
3-Setup
4-Finsh.

A and what about the clover is not required here to run windows, linux and os x triple boot?

On their website
Features & Changes:

Clover UEFI is used as default macOS bootloader.
So Clover is being used as the boot up GUI, which will allow you to boot into other systems.
