Re: Problem with "arduino.digitalRead(pin)"

Have you verified the pin is configured as an input?

Arduino.pinMode(xx, Arduino.INPUT); where xx is the input pin number.

example of getting U1 connector com port working?

Has anyone gotten a Visual Studio 2015 C# (VC#) program working with the com port on the U1 connector? It looks like this port was allocated for GPS usage (by the pin names) but I'd like to run it directly to an external board from a VC# program, if possible, and not have to go through the Arduino. ...

Re: getting blinkYourBoard to work

Got it to work! I had to load the \Libraries\Firmata\examples\StandardFirmata\StandardFirmata.ino program into the Arduino first. Then when I built with Visual Studio and then started (with debug -> start without debugging) from the Visual Studio, the console program loaded and executed correctly. I...

Re: [DISCUSSION] V2 LattePanda Improvements

1. I would like to see a different connector for the LCD and touchscreen interface. I got the LCD cable connected OK but the latch on the touchscreen interface broke off. It is in a very bad location to try to repair. It seems to be pretty flimsily made. A more robust connector/latch would be great....

getting blinkYourBoard to work

I've gotten Visual Studio 2015 loaded on my Panda. I'm trying to get the VC# console application to work with the Panda now. I opened the blinkYourBoard.sln from within Visual Studio. It loads correctly. I can compile the program with Build. There are no errors. According to the Doc file on the Latt...

Re: com port for arduino

Thanks for the replies. My problem is not that I can't get the download to work... it's that the com port number changes. The first time I look at the com port listing, it shows com1 and com3. I downloaded to com3. It worked! The program loads and executes correctly. I make some modifications to the...

com port for arduino

I've got my new Lattepanda running and tried one of the example Arduino examples (Blink.ino). I selected the Leonardo as the board and looked at the com ports available. The ports were com1 and com3. I selected com3 and attempted to compile and download the program. It compiled successfully but comp...
