Hi, I'm posting from my newly arrived (30 minutes old) LP. Preliminary tests indicate everything is fine. I'm going to shut it down, install the fan and heatsinks, then boot it back up when I have the time to begin exploring it's possibilities properly. Thank you for resolving my issues in a thought...

Having a good quality mini USB cable is critical. Replace your USB cables.with ones suitable for handling the current draw of your latte panda..
