Thanks @Lodin_Erikson, that is what I was afraid of.

The biggest problem is that I need the onboard arduino to be switched off and I don't have control of it's 5v line. I guess I will try to connect some pin from processor or from the board (power led maybe) to the reset pin, or something like that.

An bios option to disable power for USB ports when the board is turned off.
This can be an issue for many IoT project.

Thanks for your reply. My project is a robot. I use the onboard Arduino to trigger a MOSFET and powerup the entire robot. The robot is powered by a battery, so the board is always powered. I didin't get it, why can't you just plug the usb cable?

You can desolder the usb plugs and solder the cable directly.

Disable USB power em powered OFF

Hi guys!

When I switch off my lattepanda the USB ports still powered on, including the inboard arduino.
Anyone knows how to disable this? Some motherboards have an option on bios, but I couldn't find on lattepanda.
