Can this method help me? I accidently configure my Lattepanda Z8300 bios to the wrong settings and now it wont boot. No hdmi, lcd or whatever. It just wont boot.

Chroot is your friend
boot off gparted live cd and mount ext4 to /mnt and "inbuild" panda emmc EFI partition to /mnt/boot/efi then chroot into /mnt.. Honestly tho, i love how linux is able to do all this unlike windows. You be able to multiboot with ease. UEFI and GRUB detects disk by UUID

Been using x64 without a problem :3 Did you flash the x64 version of bios? Or how did you manage to install and run Windows x64 on it?
