I don't know that you can run two fans of the pins, but you can run two 5v fans off the USB port.However, I am running a 5v 3amp powersupply so I got more than enough. Remember that a 5v fan takes about 0.2-0.3amps... so two will take 0.4-0.6amp. Plus a wireless mouse about 0.02amp, Keyboard is less...

Putting a few rasberry pi heatsinks copper and/or aluminum ones does a lot of good for heat dissipation. In my office (say 24 degrees), LP peaks (in case) at about 75 degrees. At home (27-30 degrees), LP peaks about 85degrees at full load. With a simple 5v fan belowing into the bottom, it runs at 44...
