Re: Another LattePanda CarPC Project

Nice you have OBD2 to get the data from. We are limited to an old Subaru OBD1 with minimal data and a funky interface. However we still plan to get as much info out as we can. Currently we are running Win10 with a DriveLine Front end. https://driveline.boards.net/ The buttons replicate touch screen ...

Re: LP Delta issue after flashing to auto power on

So no one else try to "auto power on" their Delta? No one from LattePanda has replied to our issue nor have they corrected their post providing a "return to original bios" at https://www.lattepanda.com/topic-f23t20946.html. After the above issues we purchased a new Delta but still need to set it up ...

Re: Alternative power switch?

Check out using a DCDC NUC car PC power supply. It is "smart" and can control start up delay and shut down. We have it set to send power to the auto start Delta 10 secs after car Ignition hot and shut down (by USB signal) the Delta some time after car turn off.

Re: [TUTORIAL] LattePanda Alpha & Delta Bios Reflash via BIOS Programmer

We have heard that those mini programmers cannot reflash GD25LQ64s while in circuit. Too much current drain for the CH341A mini programmers. Someone please correct us if we are wrong about this.

LP Delta issue after flashing to auto power on

Has anyone flashed the Delta to auto power on? Has anyone had slow boot issues after doing that? How did you fix that? We flashed the Delta to get auto power on and after the flash had very slow (over a minute) boot up into windows 10 from both the eMMC and a m2 SSD. Both worked perfectly prior to t...

Re: LattePanda Delta with Auto-power-on Feature

Link to Auto-power-on BIOS is the same as the link to original BIOS. Need original BIOS due to either a bad flash or bug in auto on BIOS. Problem/issue after auto-power-on bios flashing is a very slow boot to Windows and/or ESC into bios.

I followed the procedure above.

Re: Alpha/Delta as CarPC

http://www.mini-box.com/DCDC-NUC looks like it will do nicely. USB interface works unlike older P/S which have bad Win 10 drivers. This P/S is also supposed to send a USB shutdown signal to the PC along with auto start delay after Ignition.

Re: Cannot install full Intel graphics driver

Solved. Had to remove the device, re-scan hardware, accept MS standard graphics controller, install the Intel driver AND after a reboot manually select the Intel driver and reboot again. Ended up with TWO Intel 600 devices but removed one. What a pain. Now have corrected the over scan.
