Yes I see that the link you send is still a pre-order, estimate shipping start is in September.
From what I hear / think, they will not be sent before this deadline.

The people who received their LattePanda Alpha's are the early backers on kickstart.
DFRobot has not shipped any LattePanda Alpha's or Delta's as far as I know

That's strange.. what are the functions of the 2 added pins?

Don't forget that the ethernet port is higher than the arduino compatible pins.
Also, at the bottom there are these ?M2? connectors

As far as I know, the Alpha's are being shipped by the end of august, delta's are planned to be shipped mid-september..
But this is just what I've read on Kickstarter / Indiego / Forum / etc.
