Fan sounds like a jet engine suddenly. Replacement fan?
I used My lattePanda for a couple months as an always on computer and now suddenly the fan noise is the worst ever. Is there a recommend replacement fan or can I get a replacement fan (Is there a warranty on these things?). Its unusable in my living room as is. Once the fan kicks in every 30 seconds...

Re: External Harddrive for Lattepanda Alpha
All 3 USB 3.0 ports dont work for me still. Did so much testing with 6 different drives and 2 separate hubs. They all disconnect eventually from lack of power (Even if the device has its own power supply). Im forced to load everything through the 1 USB-C port

Re: External Harddrive for Lattepanda Alpha
So I tested further and had all 3 hard drives plugged into the USB hub and it still has problems. It transfers for 30 seconds then stops. Sometimes it continues, sometimes it just stops. If I plug in stuff to the other 2 ports I get the 0x80070037 error sometimes. If I plug the USB hub into the USB ...

Re: External Harddrive for Lattepanda Alpha
Intermittent USB disconnect == you are observing the events of USB hard drive reboots == insufficient power obtained from LPA's USB ports Solution: supply USB-based harddrive with separate/independent power. Hmm this could be the case. Ill plug every hard drive into the USB powered hub and test it ...

Re: [Solved] Dead Lattepanda alpha 864
Before anybody goes repasting their cpu, you should know the latte panda alphas have a defect with the USB C port. If its not powering on, try powering it on through the 4 pin 12v DC plug at the top
