May we know why you need to set Alpha to factory default? do you mean reinstall the Windows?
Please let me know if you will provide the requested guide and siftware/firmware or if you prefere to replace my Alpha 864?

Factory Default Guide

We need a detailed guide, inkluding links to ALL required software & Firmware, so we can bring our LattePanda Alpha back to factory default, so that every thing , including Arduino Leonardo works after installation and reboot.

This is both valid for Windows and Linux systems.
