Re: Steady Blue LED but no boot (was in shock but recovered)

Press-n-hold the power button for few seconds. Does it turn to solid BLUE (means LPA is now powered on)? < -- you may not see screen or other activities at this time, just solid BLUE If that's the case, try removing RTC battery trick. pity. seems to be a different problem. when i plugin the supplie...

Re: Steady Blue LED but no boot (was in shock but recovered)

Without the RTC battery, I plugged in the DC12V power, monitored the power meter and the Blue LED. This time, the SBC will reboot itself twice by itself. That is: when power was first applied, the Blue LED slowly blinking at approx ever 2 seconds. Press and hold the "power" button to get it into st...

Re: [DEFECTIVE] LattePanda Alpha won’t turn on, LEDs only blink red

have you managed to find a solution? My board seems to have the same issue starting this morning. I'm using the panda in titan case with a 256gb SSD for video editing and other stuff. Yesterday afternoon it turned itself off for no apparent reason. This morning when i plugged in the power again i no...

Re: 15.6" / 17.3" eDP Displays for LattePanda Alpha!?

I'm wondering - would this controller board work on the 7" screen? https://www.aliexpress.com/item/HDMI-EDP-LCD-Controller-Driver-Board-Module-for-Raspberry-PI-3-1920x1080-EDP-Signal-2-Lanes/32934667811.html?spm=2114.search0104.3.1.1bbe63e3NfRg6r&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_1_10065_10068...

Please email us if you need more details.
Are these also the dimensions used for the 7inch screen with eDP port, supplied as part of the bundles with Lattepanda Alpha? Or are these different?

Re: Alpha m.2 not recognised / not booting

I think your issue is related to Windows installation method. You cannot remove a SSD from one working PC to another PC with a different hardware configuration. I doubt this is the case. I'm booting my panda from the EMMC with the pre-installed windows. The only thing i am trying to do here is addi...

Re: Alpha m.2 not recognised / not booting

One update: after I left the panda booting for at least 15-20 minutes, it did make it into windows. Interestingly, the SSD is recognised in device manager but not all properties can be read. The samsung magician software states it is a unsupported device. Upon closer inspection of the error log, i f...

[OPEN] Alpha m.2 not recognised / not booting

Hi, received my alpha bundle a few days ago and the product looks really great. I've now started to experiment with some of the extensions. I wanted to use a 512GB Samsung EVO 850 SSD as a secondary storage device, but my panda won't boot when it is installed. More specifically, if i disable the SAT...

Re: Open Call for the LattePanda Alpha and Delta Ecosystem

have you received/seen any designs for the new 7" screen part of the alpha bundles? Haven't seen any on thingiverse

I think it would be great if there would be some options for mounting the screen in a case that can also hold the LP in some way. or maybe a car headrest mount?
