Update the whole Arduino-IDE, not only some drivers.
Installing the newest Arduino-IDE will update also the drivers, if really neccessary.

Should work with CN2.
Try the other 5V/GND pins. They are all connected together.

Update the Arduino IDE to newest version, it comes with new driver.
Correct COMport will be something between COM3 to COM6, sometimes changing.

I made my own custom cables so the flexibility is there (also used my own Li-Po pack.) UM25C would be my suggestion (has BT for remote data logging, can troubleshoot USB-C protocol, can test what charging protocols are supported for the power adapter, also can measure bi-directional current flow.) ...
