Re: [DISCUSSION] Alternative Screen Sizes

Yeah definatly bigger screen size! 8 or even 9 inch would be Perfect. And also a bigger Resolution like atleast HD because of the limitations of some programs. For example the arduino settings window. You cant reach the OK button in that one! And try to include somekind of mount for the LP on its ba...

Nearly Perfect simple case with a hinge for the LCD.

So i based it of the simple lcd case which i found was very neat, and added a hinge to it, so you can adjust the angle of the lcd. Heres a link! With pictures So why its nearly perfect: The screwing system works nearly perfect. you can tighten it up, but it still a bit moveable, although with a bit ...

How about two versions? One is cheaper (maybe priced like the current version) with a slower cpu and a pro version which costs more and has a beefier cpu

Re: FUTURE ROADMAP FOR THE LATTE PANDA

I think the reason why the 4GB Model doesnt come with a key anymore is because they wont get a free license from microsoft anymore, because its too much ram

Re: [DISCUSSION] V2 LattePanda Improvements

Now you know what that f*cking LP V1 *SHOULD HAVE* had from the start and what that future V2 *MUST* have: - robust auto-recovery BIOS (separate dual BIOS firmware and parameters - dual so we could still reboot on the last valid BIOS) - keep a copy of Windows 10 activation key somewhere so we could...

Re: Can I use the Lattepanda Screen in other projects?

Now, i couldnt see how the screen on the piper is connected, but i could bet that screen is an lvds screen. that wouldnt work
the LP screen is a MIPI DSI Screen. you could connect it to the pi's lcd port (because the official lcd is also running DSI). but it probably wont work.
so no, not really

Re: [DISCUSSION] V2 LattePanda Improvements

Was too lazy to read the other suggestions, but gonna dump mine anyway: Major: Move the CPU to the top and use a PROPER heatsink, please.. add screw holes to the LCD, better: a spot for the panda on it (like on the official RasPi Display) remove that stupid microUSB power port and use a barrel jack ...

Re: [Youtube] Fred's PandAtelier - HOW-TO Video Series

@soufyen you cant use a LiPo to power the Lattepanda, only to keep the BIOS Settings. you have to use a battery pack to use a lipo
