Hi,which USB port you might burned?You can watch the components around the port first to check if there is any burned mark . If nothing found. Try close that usb in bios seeting specially the Arduino 32u4 part. I plugged in the middle USB 3.0. With the visual check there is no burned components. I ...

Are you talking about the Aluminum Cooling Case for the board? We recommend you add a colling fan when you using lattePanda alpha.

Try these setting in BIOS
South Bridge -> Chipset -> SCC Configuration
SCC SDIO Support -> PCI Mode

And some time you need disable "secure boot" also.

Have you tried the image tools we shared in our Docs?

But according to your description , we guess the emmc might broken by lightning stroke.

Hi Kasek If you use lattepanda 864s, then, yes, you can run windows 10 on the emmc, and install a ssd for macOS. The airport card and adapter use m.2 key-E port and ssd is m.2 key-M. According to your description,I think it might cause by the components problem.
