Cannot Boot from USB image

It gets to the install Windows window and fails, so I have loaded the correct Windows 10 image and created a FAT32 WINPE USB stick but I cannot get the Bios to boot from the USB stick. I have been through the bios setup but there is not option to boot from the USB and Windows boot manager boots from the disc. I have used all USB ports in sequence but no joy.
I have searched the forum and the www but cannot see a way forward without booting from the USB please advise me
Device is. 2gb/32gb preloaded Windows 10 brand new just out of the box
