Lattepanda doesn't start

I've got a problem with my latte panda. I plug it to my monitor than to the power supply and ..... nothing. I read the docs and the two over topic about this problem but no solution.
When I plug the power supply I've got a blue light, but no red light under the board.I can hold as long as I want the power button, no red light turn on.
The power supply I use is a real power supply (5V- 3000mA) and not a charger.
Hope someone will be able to help me.
