Blue led blinks and the red led is not turns on

The blue led stills blink for ever, the red led it never turns on. I tried hard reset but the problem stills.
Suggestions? I'm downloading the zip from github but it is extremely slow and I'm downloading the Windows 10 image. I will try with these later.
