I have a feeling that your W10 is rebooting - or you are loosing power (but in that case it should just shut down).

Are you following the exact instructions with the USB drive and the W10 image? You need to unzip the file and put it in a specific folder.

Can you access the BIOS (press DEL at power up) and is it stable in there or does it reboot when in BIOS as well?

your messages are not very clear, can you enter the BIOS or not? You cannot select "revovery" from the BIOS. In fact, you don't want to touch anything on the BIOS, it's just to check whether the HW has a problem. If the BIOS screen is displayed without problems, just 'exit without saving'.

If you can and the panda is not rebooting when in there, it's a good sign.
If you end up on the recovery screen, chances are that your USB image is not being seen. I've never tried that myself but from what I read it should trigger a reinstall process. Can you write, clearly, what did you do to create the USB image?
