USB Ports DOA

Finally got time to setup my LattePanda, and have a play after moving house just after I received the package. The single USB port is working fine, however the two (double stacked USB's) do not work. I've tried a couple of mice, and a couple of different keyboards, and nothing works. Do I have a faulty board, and if so what's the process to resolve it?
