2G/32GB LP stuck in recovery loop.

For a reason i do not know my new LP board is stuck looping through options in Win 10 Recovery so i am assuming something messed up when i went to activate the onboard Win10...
I have followed the advice in Docs and about to use my USB stick...
I downloaded the 'image_x86.rar and Extracted it to a USB memory stick that i formatted as FAT32 and named WINPE. QUESTION: when i EXTRACTED using 7zip, it created a folder called " image_x86" on my USB stick containing everything. Will this allow LP to reinstall Win10 or should everything be outside this folder?... sorry i am not used to using Win 10.
