[DEFECTIVE] Red LED flashes permanently

Yesterday I had the Panda to the USB port of the PC the connected, he worked Impeccable.
No matter which power source the Panda I now connect ...... the blue and red LED lights, the blue LED goes off and the red light / blink on.
I have a power supply with 5V 2.1A and it is not running.
Does anyone know any advice?
