HELP: USB 2.0 ports are not working anymore

Not sure if it was because the windows update last week. My Latte pander's 2 USB 2.0 ports are not working anymore. Only USB 3.0 port works currently. Please help!

Sometimes both of the USB 2.0 ports didn't work, sometimes one of them didn't work. Is something wrong with the hardware?
