[DEFECTIVE] Arduino still working but NOT Intel / Windows 10

I (packer 4242) send already email to techsupport but maybe mail got lost, so i repeat email here:

Dear Support

Unfortunately my LattePanda enhanced finished working after one month of use. I used both the Arduino and Windows 10.
Arduino still works because it's blinking blue and the attached Arduino Display still shows content.

But the red LED is never blinking and I also don't see the Lattepanda logo at startup and Windows is not booting. I tried waiting, and pressing startup button but the Lattepanda doesn't power up. I tried the 7" display and external monitor.

Where should I send the Lattepanda to get replacement?
