[DEFECTIVE] overheating, no boot

What really rustles my jimmies is my 3 raspberry pis are going strong after years of the same use.
Tried most of the fixes listed here, I dont want a replacement that hasn't had any design changes or upgrades, as I'm concerned the overheating could be dangerous.
